Tell us when you book and the chauffeur fits the capsule before leaving for the hospital — not at the kerb with a newborn in your arms. Infant seat: rear-facing capsule — birth to about 15 months. If you have your own capsule and would rather use it, bring it and we will not charge for ours.
You travel in a Luxury MPV — a Toyota Alphard or similar. Sliding doors and a high seat matter more on this trip than on any other. There is room for the pram, the bags and a confinement nanny if one is travelling with you.
Twins: a second capsule is S$35 more, fitted before we arrive.
S$100 is the ordinary fare. A discharge between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20, and Formula 1 race week adds half the base fare — that runs from the Tuesday, not just the race days. The quote shows the total before you confirm.
They almost always do. Book the time you expect to be released and message us if it slips — we would rather hold the car than send it away.
