ERP, tolls and fuel are in the price, and Transit Line is not GST-registered, so the fare quoted is the fare paid. You book a vehicle class rather than whatever happens to be nearest: a named chauffeur, with photo and plate sent before pickup, and no surge pricing.
Changi meet-and-greet with a name board at the arrival hall, real-time flight tracking so a delayed landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the car, and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from touchdown. Terminals 1 to 4 and Seletar.
