Event & Group Transport in Singapore

Delegates, speakers and VIPs moved on time — up to 100 Toyota Alphards and 100 Combi 13-seaters for a single event.

For conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips and corporate events. Delegates landing at Changi, groups moving between hotels and the venue, VIPs who need a car of their own — planned with you in advance and run at fixed prices, by chauffeurs who hold a valid LTA vocational licence.

What we handle

• Delegate airport arrivals — Flights tracked in real time, so pickups follow the actual landing rather than the schedule. A name-board meet at the arrival hall and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from landing. Send us an arrival list and we plan the cars around it.
• Group moves and hotel shuttles — Hotel to venue, venue to dinner, and back — in as many vehicles as the group needs, from a single Alphard to dozens of 13-seat Combis running together.
• VIP transfers — A Mercedes S-Class for speakers, executives and hosted guests who should travel on their own.
• Cars by the hour — A car and chauffeur on standby for site visits, client meetings and evening events, with a three-hour minimum.

Name boards with your logo

Arrivals are met with an iPad name board, which can carry your event or company logo alongside the guest's name — so delegates recognise their car from across the arrival hall.

Rates (SGD)

Fares include ERP, tolls and fuel, with no GST. A pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20, hourly hire on Saturdays and Sundays adds 10%, and a surcharge applies during F1 Grand Prix week. Group and multi-day event pricing is quoted per event.

Billing

• Singapore companies — One invoice for the whole event, issued after it ends.
• Organisers based outside Singapore — A deposit confirms the booking. We agree the deposit and the balance with you when we quote.

Questions from organisers

How many vehicles can you provide for one event?

Up to 100 Toyota Alphards and 100 Combi 13-seaters for a single event, so a few hundred delegates can move at once. Tell us the headcount and timings and we will plan the mix of vehicles.

What happens when delegates' flights are delayed or arrive early?

Every arrival is flight-tracked, so the pickup follows the actual landing time, and there are 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from landing. Changes to the plan on the day go through one WhatsApp number, +65 8399 0069, 24 hours a day.

Can the name boards show our event or company logo?

Yes. Arrivals are met with an iPad name board, which can show your logo alongside each guest's name.

How is an event billed?

Singapore companies receive one invoice for the whole event after it ends. Organisers based outside Singapore pay a deposit to confirm, and we agree the balance when we quote.
