A flat S$65 in the Luxury MPV to SGH, NUH, TTSH, Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, Thomson, Raffles, KK Women's & Children's, Changi General and every other hospital, clinic and specialist centre on the island — the fare does not change because the hospital is further away. Pickups between 23:00 and 07:00 add S$20.

Dialysis and treatment cycles — the same trip several times a week. Send the schedule by WhatsApp and we raise each booking for you.
Day surgery and discharge — discharge times move, so tell us the ward and we hold the slot.
Elderly parents to appointments — a chauffeur who walks them to the door and is there again at the end.
Specialist follow-ups — island-wide, often at short notice, at the same fare wherever the clinic is.
How it works on the day
A companion travels at no extra charge — the fare is for the vehicle, not per person, so a spouse, adult child or helper rides with the patient, up to six in the MPV. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request at no surcharge: it changes the vehicle, not the fare. For a wait-and-return trip, tell us roughly how long the appointment runs and we quote it at booking rather than metering on the day.

Pickup notes for the hospitals people search
The fare is the same. The door is not. Name the wing or block when you book.
SGH (Outram) — a cluster of buildings. Name the block (Block 3, Academia, National Cancer Centre) so the chauffeur uses that driveway, not the general Outram drop-off.
NUH (Kent Ridge) — Main Building, Kent Ridge Wing and NUH Medical Centre do not share a driveway. Name the wing.
TTSH (Novena) — main lobby on Jalan Tan Tock Seng unless you name a specialist centre on the Health City campus.
Mount Elizabeth Orchard — tight lobby driveway at 3 Mount Elizabeth. We wait at the main entrance rather than circling.
Mount Elizabeth Novena — 38 Irrawaddy Road, next to TTSH. A different hospital from Orchard; say “Novena” when you book.
Gleneagles — main lobby at 6A Napier Road.
Thomson Medical — 339 Thomson Road. Infant seat S$35 if you need one fitted for a parent-and-newborn trip home.
Raffles Hospital & Farrer Park — Bugis and Farrer Park. Same island-wide S$65, no city surcharge.

Can the driver help an elderly passenger?
Yes. Our drivers are briefed to assist passengers with limited mobility — from the front door of the home to the hospital entrance and back.
Can you accommodate a wheelchair?
Vehicles with wheelchair space are available on request. Please specify when booking so we assign the right vehicle.
Can I book a return trip for discharge?
Yes. After your outbound booking, you'll see an option to book the return. You can also call or WhatsApp us to arrange a timed return — useful if you're unsure when discharge will happen.
Can I book for a parent or elderly relative?
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and your contact details. Confirmation and chauffeur details go to the number and email you provide.
NUH has several wings — where do you wait?
Main Building, Kent Ridge Wing and NUH Medical Centre have separate driveways. Put the wing in the booking notes (or WhatsApp it) and the chauffeur goes to that door, not a generic Kent Ridge pin.
Do you go to Gleneagles, Thomson and both Mount Elizabeth hospitals?
Yes — Gleneagles on Napier Road, Thomson Medical on Thomson Road, Mount Elizabeth Orchard and Mount Elizabeth Novena. They are different addresses. Name the campus. The Luxury MPV fare is S$65 to all of them.
