Transport to Farrer Park Hospital

Above the MRT, and easy to be dropped at the wrong entrance.

Where we meet you

Farrer Park Hospital sits on top of Farrer Park MRT, so the station entrance and the hospital entrance are not the same door. Tell us if you are being collected after a procedure and we will wait at the hospital lobby rather than the street.

Farrer Park Hospital is built above Farrer Park MRT, a few minutes north of the city. Being on top of a station is convenient for a visitor and awkward for a patient: the obvious kerbside stop is the station, and that is not where someone leaving after a procedure wants to be left.

Why the pickup point matters here

If you can walk from the station, the location is as good as it gets. If you cannot — after day surgery, or with an elderly parent — the difference between the station entrance and the hospital lobby is the whole trip. Say which you need when you book.

Appointments and returns

Much of the work here is specialist consultation, which means planned trips rather than emergencies. A return with waiting is usually the right booking: give us the appointment time rather than a guess at the finish, and the wait is quoted with it.

What the fare includes

A flat S$65 in a Luxury MPV to any hospital on the island — the fare does not change with distance or traffic, and there is no GST. A late-night pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20. One companion travels free. Wheelchair space is available on request at no surcharge; tell us when booking so the right vehicle is sent. Waiting and a return leg are quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards.

Transit Line is an independent LTA-licensed chauffeur company, not affiliated with or endorsed by Farrer Park Hospital, and provides transport only — not medical or nursing care. For an emergency, call 995.
