Mount Elizabeth Novena is on Irrawaddy Road, beside Tan Tock Seng and a short walk from Novena MRT. It is the newer of the two Mount Elizabeth hospitals and a different building, a different campus and a different part of town from the Orchard one.
Almost everyone says “Mount E”, and about half the time they mean Orchard. We ask which every time a booking names it, because the two are twenty minutes and a traffic decision apart, and the correction cannot be made once the car is on Orchard Road.
Much of what happens here is specialist consultation rather than emergency care, so the trips are planned ones — a return with waiting is usually the right booking rather than two separate jobs. Tell us the appointment time and we will quote the wait with it.
A flat S$65 in a Luxury MPV to any hospital on the island — the fare does not change with distance or traffic, and there is no GST. A late-night pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20. One companion travels free. Wheelchair space is available on request at no surcharge; tell us when booking so the right vehicle is sent. Waiting and a return leg are quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards.
