Outram is a campus, not an address. We take you to the right block.
A cluster of buildings, not one lobby. Name the block — Block 3, Academia, National Cancer Centre — so the chauffeur uses that driveway instead of the general Outram drop-off.
SGH is the largest hospital campus in Singapore and the one where the difference between a hospital name and a door is felt most. Outram Road covers Block 3, Academia, the National Cancer Centre, the National Heart Centre and the Eye Centre, each with its own driveway and its own walk from the kerb.
Oncology and cardiac appointments at the specialist centres rarely finish when they are scheduled to. If you are booking a return, tell us the appointment time rather than the finish time and we will quote the waiting with it — a chauffeur already on the campus is worth more than a car you have to summon while standing outside with someone tired.
A discharge is the trip that goes wrong most often, because the time is never certain and a taxi queue is the last thing anyone wants at the end of it. Give us the ward and the expected time, and we will hold the slot rather than dispatch on the hour.
A flat S$65 in a Luxury MPV to any hospital on the island — the fare does not change with distance or traffic, and there is no GST. A late-night pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20. One companion travels free. Wheelchair space is available on request at no surcharge; tell us when booking so the right vehicle is sent. Waiting and a return leg are quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards.
