Thomson Medical is a maternity hospital first, and the trip we run most from it is a parent and a newborn going home. That makes it the one hospital on this list where the seat matters more than the door.
A newborn needs a rear-facing capsule, and it has to be requested when you book so the chauffeur fits it before arriving — not at the kerb with a baby in your arms. It is S$35, charged per journey. If you are being collected and brought back, that is two journeys.
Maternity discharges move. Give us the expected time and we will hold rather than dispatch to it, because a car that arrives on the dot and leaves again is no use to anyone waiting for paperwork.
A flat S$65 in a Luxury MPV to any hospital on the island — the fare does not change with distance or traffic, and there is no GST. A late-night pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds S$20. One companion travels free. Wheelchair space is available on request at no surcharge; tell us when booking so the right vehicle is sent. Waiting and a return leg are quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards.
