For arrivals we meet you inside the terminal with a name board and drive to the hotel tower entrance. For departures we collect from the Hotel Lobby driveway at Tower 1, 2 or 3 — tell us which tower when you book.
Marina Bay Sands is roughly twenty minutes from Changi, and the transfer is one of the most common trips we run. The hotel is large enough that the details matter: three hotel towers, a separate entrance for the Sands Expo convention halls, and a driveway that backs up badly during events.
An arrival is a flat S$85 for a Luxury MPV (up to 6 passengers), S$95 for a 13-seater Combi, or S$225 First Class — the same fare whatever the traffic. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, so landing early or late changes nothing, and you get 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from touchdown while you clear immigration and collect bags.
Departures from Marina Bay Sands are S$65 (Luxury MPV), since the hotel sits well within 25 km of Changi. Book the night before and the chauffeur's name, photo and plate number reach you an hour ahead, so there is no wondering whether a car will turn up.
If you're attending something at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, tell us — the convention drop-off is not the same as the hotel lobby, and using the right one saves a long walk with luggage. For delegations, one 13-seater Combi keeps a group together instead of splitting across several cars.
