Six seats and four large bags — but rarely both at once. A family of six with a suitcase each will not fit; six passengers works comfortably with hand luggage, and four passengers works comfortably with four large bags. If you are six people with six bags, book two vehicles or move up to the Combi.
The Toyota Alphard is the vehicle most of our bookings go out in, and for good reason: it seats six in genuine comfort, the sliding doors make kerbside pickups at Changi easy, and the cabin is quiet enough to take a call in. If you are unsure which class to book, this is almost always the right answer.
The specification is six passengers and four large bags, and the honest version is that you rarely get both at the same time. Six adults with cabin bags is comfortable. Four adults with four full-size suitcases is comfortable. Six adults each with a large checked bag is not — the luggage space is behind the third row, and it fills up faster than people expect.
If your group is close to the limit, tell us the bag count when you book rather than the passenger count. We would much rather send a 13-seater Combi than have a chauffeur arrive at arrivals with a car that cannot take your luggage.
Airport transfers start at S$65 to or from most of the city and CBD, as a flat fare — not a meter, and not multiplied when it rains. Hourly hire starts at S$85 an hour. A late-night pickup between 23:00 and 07:00 adds a flat S$20, and that is the only time-based surcharge on a transfer. Full pricing is on the airport transfer page.
The Alphard is also our wedding car. The five-hour package is from S$680 and includes white ribbons, bottled water, and a chauffeur who has done this before and knows to wait rather than hurry. See wedding packages.
Wi-Fi is available on request. Child seats — infant, toddler or booster — are S$10 each and need to be requested at booking so the chauffeur fits them before pickup. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request; ask us rather than booking online so we can confirm the right vehicle.
Six passengers with hand luggage, yes. Six passengers each with a large checked suitcase, no — the practical limit is four large bags. If your group has more bags than that, book the 13-seater Combi or a second vehicle.
The Luxury MPV class is a Toyota Alphard or similar vehicle of the same standard. If you need a specific model for a wedding or a photo shoot, tell us when booking and we will confirm what is available for your date.
